Shipping Policy
At Smart Frame Mods, we aim to make the process fast, secure, and hassle-free from the moment you place your order to the moment your glasses are back in your hands.
How It Works
- Place your order on our website
- Receive your prepaid shipping label via email (typically within minutes)
- Ship your glasses to us using the provided label
- We complete your modification within 24 hours of arrival
- Your glasses are shipped back to you with tracking
Turnaround Times
All orders include the same 24-hour service time once your glasses are received.
Total turnaround time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping
Ground shipping both ways
Estimated total time: 4–10 business days - Expedited Shipping
2-day shipping both ways
Estimated total time: 3–5 business days - Express Shipping
Next-day air shipping both ways
Estimated total time: 2–3 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance and location.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use major carriers such as:

- UPS
- FedEx
Tracking information will be provided once your return shipment is on the way.
Prepaid Shipping
All orders include a prepaid shipping label for sending your glasses to us. Please ensure your package is securely packed before shipping.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in transit
- If a package is lost, we will assist in filing a claim and work toward a resolution
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
New / Pre-Modded Glasses (If Applicable)
For orders that include brand new or pre-modded glasses:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Shipping speed depends on the option selected at checkout
- Tracking will be provided once shipped
