4. Services Provided

We offer:

LED indicator modifications for compatible smart glasses
Sale of new and pre-modded smart glasses

All services are performed with care and precision; however, by sending in your device, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with third-party modifications.

5. Customer Responsibility

By using our service, you agree that:

You are the legal owner of the device you send in
Your device is in working condition prior to shipment (unless disclosed)
You have backed up any important data before sending your device

6. Turnaround & Shipping

Service is typically completed within 24 hours of receiving your device
Total turnaround time depends on shipping speed selected
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

7. No Affiliation & Warranty Disclaimer

Modifying your device may:

Void manufacturer warranties
Affect original manufacturer support

Smart Frame Mods is not responsible for any loss of manufacturer warranty or support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Smart Frame Mods shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service

9. “If We Break It, We Buy It” Guarantee

If your device is damaged as a direct result of our service, we will:

Repair it, or
Replace it with an equivalent device

This guarantee applies only to damage caused during our modification process.

10. Refunds & Returns

Completed services are non-refundable
Orders may be canceled prior to shipping your device to us
New or pre-modded products may be eligible for return per our Refund Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

Any illegal activity
Violating privacy or recording laws in your jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for how you use your device after modification.
