Service-Based Work (Modifications)
Because our services involve custom work performed on your personal device, all completed modification services are non-refundable once the work has been performed.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any issues related to our work, please contact us and we will make it right.
If There Is an Issue With Your Order
If your glasses are returned with:
- Functional issues related to the modification
- Damage caused during our service
We will:
- Repair the issue at no additional cost, or
- Replace the glasses if the issue cannot be resolved
This is part of our “If we break it, we buy it” guarantee.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled for a full refund before your item is shipped to us
- Once your glasses are in transit or received, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund
Shipping & Transit
- We provide prepaid shipping labels for your convenience
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
New / Pre-Modded Glasses (If Applicable)
If you purchase a brand new pair of glasses from us:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective
Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
